Project Phases: Construction Documents, Construction Administration (On-Site)
Responsibilities: Joined production team at 50% Construction Documents, detailed interior casework, overhead coiling doors, fire shutters, interior doors, stone feature wall, feature stair, etc. Spent 14 months working from ZGF’s on-site field office during Construction Administration, responding to RFI’s, reviewing submittals, issuing addenda, and conducting field reports.

The Providence Regional Medical Center is a 12-story, 680,000 square foot acute-care tower in Everett, WA. It operates the largest emergency department in the state of Washington and provides 328 patient rooms for acute, critical, and surgical care. The project also included an updated campus master plan, a 1000-car parking structure, a 30,000 square foot central plant, and various site, street, and utility improvements. The hybrid OR’s integrate surgery, interventional radiology, and catherization labs. The project cost approximately $460 million and resulted in 2,901 tons of construction waste, 92% of which was recycled.
